Just some FAQ’s

  • Can you fix my 3D Printer?   We are primarily setup to service and repair business 3D printers in Northern Ireland. People can purchase online many budget 3D printers but they often come with limited support options. It’s usually not viable for us to repair these type of machines. However the consumables that we sell are suitable for use on many hobby 3D printers.
  • Do you sell 3D Printers?   Yes we can assess your business needs and are able to help you purchase a 3D Printer suitable for your business. We have links with many of the Worlds largest 3D printing manufacturers and we can act as resellers for Ultimaker, BCN3D, Makerbot, Raise3D, Craftbot… to name just a few. There are a bewildering array of options out there and working with us will help you to make a wiser purchase. We can also provide you with local onsite training and support for your printer.
  • Do you sell 3D Printer Filament?   Yes we are official resellers for POLYMAKER and FIBERLOGY filaments. These are excellent value and quality filaments that we use in our own 3D printers. If the product is visible on our online shop then we should have it in stock locally. If you need something that you can’t find please contact us. We can often order the items directly from the manufacturer with a very fast lead time.
  • What’s the difference between all the 3D Printer filaments you sell?   There are two diameters of 3D printer filament – by far the most common in use is 1.75mm. If you have an Ultimaker or BCN3D printer then you will need 2.85mm filament. PLA is the most common ‘all round’ material used in 3D printers. Many other materials are used to achieve desired properties in the print. We sell (and can print in) many other more speciality filaments including PETG, ABS, HIPS, NYLON.
  • What type of 3D Printing can you do?   We are able to do filament printing (FDM/ FFF) which gives the largest prints and range of polymer/plastic materials available.  We are also able to do resin printing (DLP/ SLA) which gives the highest definition possible in 3D printing.
